We believe that food is a reflection of who we are and where we come from. At The Lobbyist, we strive to reflect our nation's melting pot of culture, using global styles while utilizing what area farmers have to offer. Menus change with availability, featuring local meats and a focus on seasonal produce.
Libations
The Lobbyist is devoted to celebrating the era of grand hotels by transporting patrons back in time with a plethora of vintage accents, comfortable furniture, and gleaming golden details. Our cocktail program lead by Dawn Russell offers a glamorous experience through high-quality ingredients, with a focus on the classics that shaped the modern day bar, while adding that modern twist.
Space
Step into a stylish time capsule. Opening in 1913, The Hotel Chisca was the largest hotel in Downtown Memphis. Throughout the years, amazing historic moments happened on this foundation including: Elvis’s introduction to the radio waves, Rick Dees in the early years, and one of Elvis's earliest live performances.
The Hotel Chisca has currently undergone renovations to revitalize that vintage
look and feel.
